  • Provide details for an existing account
  • Use the Temporary Login plugin to provide temporary access to our support team.

This is optional but recommended as we'll likely ask for access for most tickets.

Login details are not stored on our server and are only used for the express purpose of resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

After your ticket is resolved we encourage you to change passwords or otherwise remove access.
