What happens after I submit?

An incident report ticket will be created for your account. The report will be manually reviewed by our team within 3 business days. We may ask for additional information to get a complete picture of your sending habits.

We may also provide recommendations or required actions for you to take. We may ask for proof that the recommendations and required actions were implemented before fully restoring your account.

How long does this process take?

We will review your account within 3 business days, but we strive respond ASAP!

Can I still send email in the meantime?

We will continue to deliver your email, however your account has been moved to a low-quality IP pool while we assess your report. This may negatively impact deliverability in the meantime.
